About Us

We get so wrapped up in living our daily lives, we often forget that we should prepare for the inevitable. Taking the time now to look after your will and estate planning is an investment in the future and the future well-being of your family.

We recognize that estate planning and making arrangements for the end of your life, or dealing with the decline and death of a loved one, can be a difficult and emotional experience.

Our lawyers are here to help you determine your needs and walk you through the process.

Natalie S. Felsenfeld, Esq. practices estate planning, estate administration, real estate, and business law. She counsels families, couples, students, and retirees throughout Northern Westchester on estate planning matters pertaining to health care, assets, and financial decisions, with a focus on estates under the federal estate tax limit. Her practice has also grown to include business law and has experience establishing 501(c)(3) organizations and LLCs. She also has experience in real estate matters including deed transfers for estate planning purposes, as well as purchase and sales of real estate.

We provide estate planning advice, assistance in the preparation and updating (which you should do every five years) of your will, as well as the establishment of trusts. We also prepare powers of attorney and personal directives for medical and healthcare decisions, both documents that protect your wishes if you become incapacitated, whether by age or illness.

We’re able to assist executors throughout the probate process, from applying to the Probate Court for a grant of probate to finalizing and distributing the assets to beneficiaries. Or assisting adminitrators throughout the intestate process for those with loved ones passing without an estate plan in place prior to their death.

Ms. Felsenfeld’s pride is her attentiveness to her clients’ needs and concerns; her primary objective is ensuring they feel comfortable with their estate plans and other related matters. While in law school, Ms. Felsenfeld served as a case note and comment editor on the Pace Law Review and interned at Mental Hygiene Legal Service and the Rockland District Attorney’s Office.
